The Office of Military and Veteran Student Services, in cooperation with the University Veterans Organization, will have a public observance of Veteran's Day at the Red Barn. The event will recognize the efforts of veterans at UofL and in the community. USMC Maj. Gen. (Ret) Rick Huck, administrative officer in the president's office, will give the keynote address. Students from Greenwood Elementary will present to veterans at UofL a patriotic themed quilt they designed. The quilt will be on permanent display in the MVSS office.
